Instead of the typical smooth, glass-like faces, the surface of this Topaz has been intricately carved by corrosive hydrothermal fluids during the final phases of its growth. This creates a mesmerizing pattern of stepped pits and frosted textures that are entirely unique to each specimen.

The Topaz is aesthetically nestled on its original matrix, providing a wonderful contrast between the crystalline Topaz and the rugged host rock.
